What sizes are the stone products?
We have a range of handcrafted stone products that you can have your image printed onto. Each product varies in size and shape and has it's own unique characteristics and features. Visit our Upload Image page to learn more.
What if I can't decide what stone product or size will work for my image?
No problems and this is where we can help. If you're unsure which of our handcrafted stone products will suit your image best or which size to select, just email us direct via our Contact Us page and we will provide our recommendations and support. We are more than happy to provide any cropping and minor image editing without charge so that you are completely satisfied with your order.
What if I'm purchasing a gift and would like the print sent direct to them?
If you’re purchasing a gift for someone and would like the order sent directly to their address, simply include this information in the relevant section of the Check Out page.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes. We have a range of Gift Voucher values that you can select from available on our Gift Voucher page. Once you have selected the value you then have an option to include a personalised note to be printed onto the voucher. We will then mail the Gift Voucher through to the supplied address so that you can have something physical to provide for that special someone. Our Gift Vouchers are printed onto a beautiful piece of handmade recycled paper.
I have a gift voucher, how do I use it?
If you have an Imogen Stone Gift Voucher, you're welcome to use this for your own personal photos printed onto stone or you can choose from one of our artist's prints on stone. Once you have decided on your order, please email us on: hello{at}imogenstone.com.au and we will take care of the rest.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As soon as we receive your order, we will get to work on your print on stone. All prints are made to order and our usual turn around time is 2-3 business days. We then use a dedicated Courier Service or Australia Post to deliver your print. Shipping timings vary depending on location, please allow up 3-7 working days for postage. If you have any special considerations regarding postage, please include this in the comments section on the Check Out page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How much is postage and handling?
Postage fees for your print on stone are calculated by the combined weight of your order. To give you an idea, postage costs for one or two items is usually $15 or $20 for throughout Australia. For international orders, please contact us directly using our Contact Us page.
What payment options are available?
Payment for your prints on stone can be processed through PayPal or by Credit Card. Simply follow the prompts on the Check Out page.
Can the stone prints be hung outside?
We recommend that all of our stone products remain indoors to protect the longevity of the print.
