What sizes and shapes are available?
We offer a range of handcrafted stone prints in different shapes and sizes to suit your memories:
- Square: Perfect for balanced, classic images.
- Rectangle: Ideal for portraits and landscapes.
- Panoramic: Great for wide scenic shots.
For our framed stone prints, we offer nine carefully designed sizes, so multiple prints can be combined beautifully on your wall. Our smallest is a 150 × 150mm square, and the largest is a 420 × 300mm rectangle. Mini Stones are available in 100 × 100mm (square) and 140 × 100mm (rectangle).
What if I'm not sure if my photo is good enough quality for printing?
If you’re unsure whether your photo is large enough or sharp enough for your chosen size, simply email us your image and the size you have in mind. We’ll quickly check it for you at no cost, and let you know if it’s good to go. We want you to feel completely confident before placing your order.
How do I upload my image?
When ordering, you’ll have the option to upload your chosen image directly through our website. You’ll also be able to crop and preview your photo before finalising your order.

What if I can't decide which product or size will suit my image?
If you’re unsure which of our handcrafted products will suit your photo best, or what size to choose, feel free to email us. We can recommend the perfect fit — and we’re happy to provide any minor cropping or image adjustments at no extra charge.
Can the stone prints be hung outside?
Our stone prints are designed for indoor spaces only. To protect the image and the handcrafted materials, we recommend displaying your prints in dry, interior environments, away from heavy moisture or direct outdoor exposure.
Will you include an invoice or price inside the parcel?
No — we never include invoices or pricing details inside our parcels.
If you're sending a print directly as a gift, rest assured: the only thing they’ll receive is the beautiful handcrafted piece you created. All order confirmations and receipts are sent by email only.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Absolutely! Our Imogen Stone Digital Gift Cards are delivered instantly by email, making them the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or any special occasion.
Simply choose your preferred amount, complete your purchase, and your gift card will be emailed directly to you. You can then forward it to your recipient or print it at home if you'd like to present it in person.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Redeeming your Imogen Stone Gift Card is easy. Simply enter your unique gift card code at checkout, and the gift card value will be applied to your order.

How long will my order take?
All of our prints are handcrafted to order. Once we receive your order and image, we aim to have it made and shipped within 2–3 business days. With large orders, please allow a few extra days to have them created.
Delivery times vary depending on location:
- Australia-wide: Please allow 3–7 business days for postage.
- Need it urgently? Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across Australia based on your order value:

• Orders from $100.00 to $149.95: $14.95
• Orders from $150.00 to $249.95: $19.95
• Orders of $250.00 or more: FREE shipping
