Please note that all of our products are handmade by us using natural materials. Our timber frames and composite stone panels will have small imperfections. It is these qualities that make our product unique and treasured.

Due to the nature of our items being personalised we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you request a refund before your items are printed we will refund the total amount minus any transactions fees associated with your chosen payment method.

Damaged Goods

Naturally, when shipping items across Australia, there is always a chance of damage during transit. If you do receive any items you believed to have been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to rectify any issues you may have and we will gladly and apologetically replace any items that may have suffered damage in transit.
