At Imogen Stone, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our work. Each print is carefully made by hand using natural materials, and we want you to feel confident ordering from us.
If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know — we’re here to help.
Our Commitment to Quality
We stand by the quality of our products and aim for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the final result due to a fault or issue with your print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means a reprint, a replacement, or another fair solution.
Handmade & Natural Materials
All of our pieces are handmade in-house using natural timber and composite stone. These materials often feature subtle variations, natural knots, grains, texture shifts, or surface marks. These are not defects, but part of the unique character that makes each piece one of a kind.
Cancellations & Change of Mind
Because our products are personalised and made to order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once printing has started.
However, if you contact us before your artwork has been printed, we can cancel your order and provide a refund, minus any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
Damaged in Transit
We take care in packing every order, but on rare occasions, damage can occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damage.
We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, quickly and without fuss.
